We support the Mountain Desert District (MDD) Bed & Breakfast program.
Do you enjoy meeting other UUs in an intimate home-setting? Do you have a guest room that can be used as a bed-&-breakfast resource occasionally for UUs travelling in our District? You can help UUs find one another by listing your guest room in our new Bed-&-Breakfast (B&B) Directory. And if you wish, the proceeds from your generous offer could benefit your congregation.
Listing your B&B
To promote and implement such a program, the MDD Communications Committee has established a submission form for MDD UUs willing to list their B&B facilities with us. You need only fill out this form with such information as you can provide and you will be contacted to discuss such conditions as may apply. Your submission is not binding! Feel free to use this means only to explore the possibilities. The Communications Committee will verify your submission before publishing your listing. As we collect and validate each B&B offering, we will update the B&B DIRECTORY, with contact information, and post it here.
Reserving a B&B
This B&B DIRECTORY is provided as a service of the Mountain Desert District to help UUs visiting our District find lodging with other UUs. All information is provided by the proprietor of the facility. The Communications Committee cannot guarantee the rates, availability, or conditions of the facilities. Proprietors are advised to use discretion as to the legitimacy of potential lodgers.
