Getting to Know You
By deepening our connection to the Fellowship through activities and programs we add richness to our lives. If you are a Member, Friend or Active Visitor to BVUUF, or a Visitor who would like to become more active, please tell us about yourself by completing our Getting To Know You form. This will allow us to help you fit into our BVUUF community in ways that are aligned with your interests and skills. We will also use this information to update our BVUUF Directory of Members, Friends & Active Visitors which is normally published two times each year.
Based on the information you give us, we provide relevant information to our BVUUF committees to assist them in identifying people who have certain skills or who are interested in certain activities. You may occasionally receive calls or emails from us about activities related to your interests but please accept only those invitations which intrigue you. We want you to engage in the life of the Fellowship in ways that allow you to share your gifts or explore new ones. Any information you provide is not shared outside BVUUF for any reason.
We have two versions of the form for you to choose from. You may
- Print the PDF version and complete it manually, or
- Download the Word Version to your PC to complete. Then, email the completed file to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)
Please Complete separate GTKY (Getting To Know You) forms for each teenager and adult in your household.
Return printed forms to the BVUUF Office or drop it in the collection basket any Sunday.
